OUR STAFF | HIGHER EDUCATION AND WORKFORCE FELLOW
Tiffani Williams is a Higher Education and Workforce Fellow at Public Agenda, where she facilitates engagement and conducts research on a wide range of issues. One aspect of this role is the support and technical assistance of the Competency-Based Education Network (C-BEN) in partnership with the Lumina Foundation.
Prior to working at Public Agenda, Tiffani was a Program Specialist in the University System of Maryland (USM) Office of Academic Affairs. During her time at USM she lead multiple grant-funded projects, conducted mixed-methods research, and supported statewide P-20 initiatives focused on the improvement of college- and career-readiness, college completion, and the reform of teacher education. Prior to joining USM, Tiffani worked in undergraduate student career development at The George Washington University. Additionally, she brings a variety experience and knowledge of public policy, K-12 and post-secondary alignment issues, enrollment management, and workforce development.
She holds a Bachelor of Science from Rochester Institute of Technology, located in her hometown of Rochester, N.Y. and Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from the University of Maryland, College Park. Tiffani is currently pursuing her doctorate in Higher and Postsecondary Education at New York University.
