OUR STAFF | RESEARCH ASSOCIATE
Ravi Reddi is an Associate for Higher Education and Workforce Programs, working in program support, research and analytical capacities across multiple projects covering a range of higher education issues. These issues include competency-based education, student pathways and inequality in higher education.
Prior to joining Public Agenda, Ravi worked in multiple capacities with the City of Minneapolis, working on projects with the City Coordinatorís Office and the Office of Arts, Culture and Creative Economy. While working for the City, Ravi engaged in multiple qualitative research and data analysis efforts, ranging from examining and presenting qualitative data with local artists regarding the local arts economy to creatively engaging different Minneapolis neighborhoods and communities regarding the Cityís overarching City Goals. Ravi's master's in public policy graduating capstone project focused on Minnesota English language learner education within the context of state legislative policy implementation efforts.
Ravi holds a bachelorís degree in Political Science from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, a masterís degree in Public Policy from the University of Minnesotaís Hubert Humphrey School of Public Affairs, and a masterís degree in Social Work from the Columbia University School of Social Work.
