Kirk works on all phases of Public Agendaís research and evaluation projects including: project design, data collection, analysis, and reporting. He is experienced in a broad set of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies such as community based research, ethnography, surveys and individual interviews.
Prior to joining Public Agenda, Kirk worked for Columbia University where he conducted public health research funded by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the National Institutes of Health. Kirk contributed to research exploring the psychological, social and cultural contexts that shape individual and community-level health.
Kirk received his masterís degree in public health from Mailman School of Public Health, Columbia University and his bachelorís degree in urban studies from Queens College, City University of New York.
