Roslyn (Roz) Beck is the Executive Assistant to the President & Operations Manager. She contributes to and assists in the day-to-day operations of the President’s Office and the organization as a whole. She serves as liaison to the Board of Directors and Senior Management staff and is the primary point of contact for internal and external communication on matters relating to the Office of the President. Roz is also the liaison for Human Resources. She is responsible for onboarding new staff and plays an integral role in promoting the company’s culture that encourages the productivity of the organization and high morale of staff.
Roz is a seasoned Executive Assistant with over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. Previously, Roz spent over 17 years as Executive Assistant with an organization that provided clinical and support services to the homeless and mentally ill population in Harlem. Her genuine compassion for and interest in helping others is demonstrated through her everyday interactions, as she uses her skills to meet the needs of the community and the organization.
In addition to her duties as Executive Assistant, Roz continues to be active in her community. She serves as the Treasurer and Liaison on the 2nd Street Planning Committee in Park Slope, Brooklyn (where she grew up and still resides), assisting with the development and coordination of community events and fundraisers.
Roz received her Associate’s Degree in Business Management from Crown Business Institute.
