We need to educate the American public. All the ads and much of the propoganda on tv obliterate the real issues.

A public option for health care is necessary to create a viable health care system. We can have public programs that help the American people (we have medicare, social security now) and still have a free market economy for services, manufacturing, etc. where the competition actually helps the American people and our economy.

To make a profit off of ill people rather than trying to help them is just WRONG.
