Howard (, a leader of legal reform in America, who shared his perspective on the current healthcare debate as an adviser to national political leaders, including Vice President Al Gore, on legal and regulatory reform. Howard also serves as Vice-Chairman of the law firm Covington & Burling, LLP and is the founder of Common Good, a nonpartisan national coalition dedicated to restoring common sense to America.
