A “quality education” can mean different things to different people, but regardless of personal definitions, the central question is “how to create more high quality educational opportunities for all children, not matter what neighborhood they live in.” This Choicework is intended to help parents, students, families, neighbors, educators, policymakers and other concerned citizens in Washington DC collaborate to find common ground and priority areas for action.
