U.N. Chief: Copenhagen Deal Is "Just The Beginning"

Delegates have "agreed to recognize" a compromise deal that U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon says "is just the beginning" of a process to craft a binding pact to reduce emissions. The agreement includes both $30 billion in pledges for developing nations and a method for verifying greenhouse gas reductions.
