Public Agenda's founder, Daniel Yankelovich, has drawn on decades of public opinion experience to suggest a different approach to U.S. counter-terrorism strategy. Based on analysis of public opinion in the Islamic world, Europe and in the U.S., Mr. Yankelovich's approach is designed to win over Muslim moderates and stop or at least stem the recruitment of new terrorists.
