A new federal report warns that global warming will post "substantial" dangers to human health in the United States, and while the nation can adapt overall, some people will be hit harder than others. The EPA study follows an earlier review by the U.S. Climate Change Science Program that examines changes in temperature and precipitation and makes projections on how things may look and feel in the fifty states in the coming decades.
